UPnP client attributes
The Sony BDP-BX37 is a Blu-Ray Disc Player with network player capabilities. It does not directly connect to MythTV 0.24, however it does 'see' the player on the network. The player will connect to the backend's host computer through alternative means of sharing the content such as miniDLNA and will play videos over the network, but it is limited to SD only and only seems to like mpeg files with either transport stream or Program stream encoding. It does seem to ignore the container file and try to determine if it can play the video and audio within. See below for other details.
